"Oh, I'm pretty sure I knew that." Leo said to Mimbletonia. She could have sworn she was in Gryffindor. Maybe that was the Longbottom kid she was thinking of? That had to be it! "It's okay. Your memory is probably going since you dye your hair so much." Ooh, catty. Leo was slightly shocked at herself from saying such a thing though as usual, she kept her exterior calm and collected. This Cecile girl got under her skin in the worst ways. It didn't help that her voice was like nails on a chalk board. Leo shifted her eyes back to her table. Wat a motley crew they were. Who would have thought?

(Lovely as always Jess lol)
It didn't really matter to her which house the girl was in, there were far more interesting subjects in her opinion. Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, Huff'n'puff, they were all the same... Not Slytherin, and not worth her time. It was strange how much pride she had developed for a house that until she was 11 she had barely heard of except that her Mother had been in it. The remark from the other Slytherin girl made her smirk slightly, though she had the impression there wasn't too much conviction behind it.
Tossing her hair, she turned her green eyes on her, the remark didn't deserve a reply. No one in their right mind would think Cécile's hair was anything other than natural.

She listened to the exchange between the two Slytherin girls and decided to change the subject. She didn't like talking about the houses. She was proud to be in Ravenclaw, everybody there was so clever it seemed, but she didn't hate anybody, not even the ones who treated her horrible at times
"So has anybody seen one of the things I was looking for around here?"

"No I 'av not," she replied rather curtly, her hands once more back on her hips in the defiant pose she had taken with the staff. Cécile had little time for girls with stupid interests such as searching restaurants for what she could only assume was some sort of madeup animal. She had not heard of one anyway. "Are you quite sure zey eeven exeest?" there was no hiding the cynicism in her voice as she waited for an answer from the girl.

Ted kept silent for quite some time, he thought it was better to stay way from family conversations and small confrontations that he had nothing to do. He smilled warmly to Minbletonia "Well, If you dont say what your looking for, we really cant say we didnt see them" he drank some more beer "Why dont you join us?" he said looking to the empty seat in front of him. There was no doubt the other girl was cute, but her personality wasnt something Ted was appreciating too much. "How about you gorgeous?Care to join?" he looked to Jamie and Leo "If theres no problem with you." he stated.

Huffy was definatly the word to describe her at that moment in time. Yet she knew very well that it was neither a suitable nor an attractive quality for one such as herself. Loosening the tightness of her jaw and allowing her face to melt into an all together more pleasant and becoming expression. Shaking her golden locks slightly for effect, she finally curled her lips into a smile, her green eyes fixed on the boy. Her favourite subject and hobby.
"I am sure my cuzzin weel not mind," pulling out a chair she took a seat, crossing her slender legs and pulling her silk dress down to cover the top of her thighs. It was hard keeping your dignity sometimes in such hot weather. Turning to the boy she offered out a hand for him. "Cécile De Volanges."

With a smile he shook gently her hand "Ted Lupin, Its a pleasure" he winked to her with a smirk. "French?" he asked simply after hearing her accent one wasnt difficult to understand she was, but Ted didnt want the conversation to die so he made a random question, drinking the rest of the beer.

Allowing him to take her hand she kept the charming smile fixed on her face, there wasn't much she had to do but sit and look pretty usually, it was an added perk of being part veela. A small laughed escaped her lips at his words, it was an unnecessary question but she answered none the less. "Oz course," she purred, her eyes flashing slightly. "So, Teddy," it was a habbit of hers to make up a more informal name for someone as soon as she had met them. "'Ow are you enjoying our beautiful countree?"

With time Ted got used to people calling him Teddy, he didnt had any problem with that, but felt a little like a child each time he had to hear that name.Potters and Weasleys, his family and his friends, everyone did the same With a small grin he replied to Cécile "I have to say, Its beautiful indeed, but..." there was a but, yes, everyone he left at home, one couldnt enjoy as much when there wasnt anyone by his side to make a joke or take a picture with "..well, I love it" he ended not wanting to give too much information. "And you?Ow arre iu enjoying dis beautiful boy in frront ov iu?" he teased trying to make a french accent as wel, and waited for her reaction.

Smoothing her dress idly, she leant her head to one side so her attention seemed to be all forcused on him for the time being. The other Slytherin girl held no interest to her anyway, and Jamie was always pottering around somewhere or other. Lips still curled into a smile she listened to his words. It had been a polite question she had asked, but there was no leeway on the answer, you must say it was wonderful, or risk her wraith. For the time being she may live in England, but France was her home and always would be. When she deemed his answer worthy she nodded, "Eet is charming around 'ere," a laugh escaped her at his accent. If it had been anyone other than an attractive boy doing that she would have whipped her wand out sooner than you could say 'Quidditch,' but as it was her eyes danced teasingly and she placed a flirtatious hand on his leg. "Eet is most pleasurable" her eyes flashed again as she drew out the word. "Zo I theenk 'ee ees making fun oz me."

Grinning to her answer Ted looked to Céciles hand in his leg, with a slow movement he changed the position of the same so she would take her hand. He winked with a warm smile so she wouldnt take it too personally, truth is, he was a quiet guy in that aspect, he wouldnt go with just anyone to a corner and make out, and opportunities he had a lot. "Im not, I love your accent " he stated putting his elbows on the table and joining his hands in front of his face.

Another laugh bubbled inside her at his reaction, English people were certainly touchy at times, but she supposed if people didn't have much contact with people of her nationality they would not realise they were more... hands on than most. Not that by her action she had given any invitation, she would have done it to anyone in the same situation. Nevertheless she took no offence. Tossing her silky hair slightly, she smiled again, keeping the laughter at bay. At his words she nodded, most people found her accent charming. "Why thankyou, most peeople find eet annoying," she kept her eyes away from her cousin at this point, Cécile already knew the girls opinion on ther matter.

"Mennyms..." she began, nodding, as if quite sure of herself as she sat down, smiling "Are very rare, but they do exist, and the only place to find them in the entire world is right here in southern france. Legend has it that they were once wizards and witches, just like us, but they rebelled against their master, and he cursed them to live forever, but as life sized rag dolls" She looked down at the table top, and whispered "Seen anything like that around here?"

Kyle winked to Cécile and turned hi head to Mimbletonia with a warm smile. It wasnt that he didnt belive her, probably it was true, it was only hard to belive in something that noone ever had heard about. But he didnt laugh, he respected the girl and her beliefs so he just smiled shaking his head gently "Sorry sugar, havent seen anything like that" he winked to her.

With a look of annoyance on her face she turned towards the other blonde girl again. "I repeat again, no I 'av not seen anything like zat, and I 'av lived 'ere half my life," she really had no clue about what the girl was banging on about, and she highly doubted anyone else in the world would. Probably some figment of the girls imagination. Turning back to Teddy she raised her silvery eyebrows again, but did not comment any further on the girls words, she already seemed enough of a bitch.
